Its been two days, I have no wifi. Cant get anyone on the phone, they either pick up and hang up or say they are transfering and hang up. Chat tried to help and couldn’t. This has been the most exasperating experience. I would rather have bad internet with optum than no wifi with fios. Absolute worst
