So recently, I switched an MC server to a wired LAN, and port forwarding seems to not work on it, even though it worked when it was wireless. I changed the IPV4 address of the port forwarding rule to the updated one, so that is not a problem. UPNP is off, the firewall is at minimum, so I have no idea what to do. This is the only device using Ethernet.

I looked at your config. It is done incorrectly. TCP/UDP PAT must be Any -> [Port], cannot be [Port] -> [Port]. There are just so few services that I know of would statically use a set source port.
