Problem with MyVerizon app

Good Afternoon,

Has anyone noticed that since the My Fios application was decommissioned by Verizon, that they no longer have access to control and see devices on their network. The Verizon.com website does not allow for the ability to check what devices are on the network, set parental settings or view them. The issue occurs with the Fios Quantum router which I purchased directly from Verizon years ago when I got the service. Even if you go to update the route settings via the router IP address the devices as showing as blank. and if you click on the Internet management button the option for devices is gone and there is not an option for parental controls. The pictures I am posting is from the verizon.com webpage as the MyVerizon application mirrors the website. The transition was flawed.  I put a ticket in last week with the staff at Verizon but they intentionally neglected to give me a ticket number as I stated this is a security issue if you cannot catch what devices are connected to your network.  Again, This change did not occur until after the my Fios application was decommissioned and no longer working. To also let you know. in the router settings there is no visibility for devices on the network as it will show as nothing is connected while that is clearly untrue as I am typing this on my laptop computer which is connected to my home network. I can't say if this happens only for home customers but if this is happening to you as well please put a ticket in with Verizon. I hope this will be fixed soon  because I may cancel them after being a long time customer if this is not resolved in a timely fashion as they were aware after I notified them a week ago.issue one.PNGissue2.PNGissue3.PNGissue4.PNG

This issue is resolved. I'm able to see Router's settings on My Verizon App.

We can manage the access and schedule for the devices through the app.
