QoS settings for Verizon FIOS ActionTec router and Obihai OBi202 VOIP

Hi,

I have an Obihai OBi202 VOIP box that is directly connected to one of the LAN ports on my FIOS router (Actiontec).  I noticed some choppy audio on a few calls, that are probably due to other devices on my local network, so I want to configure QoS to give the OBi202 priority to improve call quality.

I followed this guide:

http://forums.verizon.com/t5/FiOS-Internet/Setting-Quality-of-Service-QoS-on-a-Verizon-9100EM-Router...

However, if I enable the "Set Priority" settings under "Traffic Priority" for the rules, it removes/blocks the OBi202 from the internet completely -- from the Obi control pages, it can no longer see the public internet.  I can still access it on the LAN, but can't make calls.

Removing those settings, the Obi's connection returns to normal.

Does anyone have any experience configuring QoS on this router for Obihai devices?  And, if so, what settings did you use?

Thank you!

Hi all,

I'm trying the settings in this post, which seem to work better:

Good luck!
