I have had the same issue on and off since switching to Fios from xfinity. Not only does the internet go up and down but the tv service will freeze. I also have issues with the tv service running and hour behind and I have to reboot the system to get it back to live tv. I have found it impossible to talk to anyone for support and have requested a call back at least 5 times and have never received the call. I think I’m going to switch back to Comcast because Fios has been a huge letdown.
