Hi. I have 2g FIOS service. I am using my own Deco mesh hardware without a Fios router. Usually, I am pulling 2.3g down and up, which is fantastic. But, I am having an issue every few days where the download speed, directly from the ONT, spontaneously drops to 300-500mbps. The upload speed is not affected, as it still measures 2.3g. A power cycle of the ONT fixes the issue and restores the download speed. Then it will happen again a few days later. Verizon support has not been helpful so far. All they do is reboot the ONT to fix the issue, but this does not address the recurrences. Any ideas?
