Recurring outages in Northern Virginia

We’ve had  stable FiOS for 10+ years but in the last 45 days we’ve had 4 or more substantial outages (several hours/overnight). There is often a banner on our account  about an outage (and the link for more info goes no where) but the outage map says our area doesn’t have a problem so we have no idea how extensive the issue is. Is anyone else encountering this? Is it local construction? Is it an aging system? Is it a broader issue? There seems to be a recurring issue that we’re not being told about and the solutions have been temporary. The troubleshooting and links for more information on the Verizon just send me on circles and it’s been infuriating. Ready to look at alternatives.

I have been having the exact problem over the last two weeks. I've tried everything to diagnose and it is 100% a network problem. Not sure if it has been the same for you but my internet seems to go out around 9-11 PM and then come back the next day around 9AM.

We’ve been having the same issues the past week. Intermittent outages with no explanations. Calls to Verizon result in resetting devices over and over again. It’s infuriating and it’s starting to sound like a software issue on Verizon’s end.
