Red Fail, Blinking POTS. No internet connection.

After a power outage last night, internet has not come back. Verizon says there is an outage in my area (per their site) but someone else in my building has Fios and theirs is working. Tried the trouble shooting online with no luck. I work from so could use some assistance as soon as possible. Thank you!

This page also provides some self-help steps like rebooting your router, resetting your battery and other troubleshooting.
