My FIOS router that I got from Verizon this spring is now restarting itself several times a day and it takes 5 minutes at least to get back online. I am on zoom meetings all day for work and this has been very frustrating. I can’t get a response from Verizon except automatic troubleshooting by a bot which doesn’t solve anything. Obviously the router is faulty and needs to be replaced. Can’t get to a live person - or get a call back. Not sure what is going on with customer service. Thinking of switching to another provider.
