Internet was out for over one week the beginning of April. 1-800 verizon Customer Service no help what so ever ... Now April 14th, and internet is out AGAIN !!
If Verizon is too cheap to replace the old copper phone lines, then they shouldn't be charging $ 45 a month. Complaints are being filed !
