How do I submit a FAST ticket to have Fios extended to my house? It's available just a few houses up the street but coverage ends before the end of the street, leaving a few houses without Fios availability. There were workers in front of our house a year or so back that said they were installing Fios but we never heard anything since. We've also called customer service and twice now they've told us that Fios is available at our house, but after putting us on hold to have us get started with service, they said it wasn't actually available. I'm dying to have Fios available finally - we had it at our old house and loved it.
