I understand your concern as a building superintendent (super) wanting to facilitate the installation of Fiber-Optic Services (Fios) for your tenants while following the management's instruction to ensure nothing is visible.

To address your inquiry, it seems that Verizon Fios installation typically involves running cables from the mainline outside your building into each apartment. However, given your specific situation where you want to avoid any visible wiring or conduits, I would recommend exploring alternative options.

One possibility could be requesting a "push-pull" installation method, which allows for underground wiring without exposing any visible cable runs. To initiate this process, you can contact Verizon Fios directly and ask about the feasibility of such an approach in your building.

Here's a possible course of action:

1. Reach out to Verizon Fios' customer service department or local account representative.

2. Inform them about your building management's requirement for underground wiring and the desire to keep any installations discreet.

3. Ask if they can accommodate this request by using push-pull installation methods or other techniques that minimize visible cabling.

By engaging with Verizon Fios directly, you should be able to determine whether their standard installation procedures align with your goals. If they are willing to adapt their approach, it may help ensure a seamless and visually appealing installation process for your tenants.

Please note that I am not explicitly stating that I obtained this information from the context; instead, I'm providing guidance based on general knowledge of Fios installations.
