My experience with Verizon Home Protect has been a disaster. I've been trying for weeks to replace a television. i placed the claim but cannot select a new tv because a server error keeps popping up. I call the service solution center only to be told to wait a couple more days a try again.
Well its been another week and still same error. WHAT IS GOING ON????
I called again and after navigating the maze of prompts and being transferred from one team to another I was told again tonight that I needed to call yet another team tomorrow. This is insane. Where is the good old fashioned customer service!!!
I've paid for the svc monthly with no issue but try to file a claim and the system doesn't work. No one seems to know what they are doing . I just want my TV replacement and if I decide to stay with Verizon after that remains to be seen.
