My Internet connection keeps getting dropped and is slow. The dropping is the worst part. So, I want to "tune" the cable coming into the house and have done this before with Verizon. On another chat there was this link WHICH DOES NOT WORK. http://my.verizon.com/services/SpeedOptimizer/FiOS/
If anyone knows where the speed optimizer is let me know. Please DO NOT repeat the link above. The help desk gave me this too or just copied it back and re-sent it to me when I gave it to them. The help desk was useless and a complete waste of my time.
Does anyone know if Verizon even allows users trying to use the "speed optimizer" anymore? The search box is also pointless. I also already went through the drill of trying to sell me more ...I do not believe that is the problem. Regardless, I want to first try tuning the cable coming in which seems much more likely.
