Hi Verizon,
I ordered a Verizon High Speed Wi-Fi Gateway on verizon.com. However, the UPS failed to deliver it and the tracking information showed that it had been returned to Verizon. I tried online chat and called in customer service but neither was being helpful, as they said it's showned that it's been delivered (yes I know it is, but it is delivered to Verizon!) I have the order# and tracking# in hand and I just want to know how can I get my refund.
