I'm trying to move my service to a new address. I got an email from Verizon asking me to upload proof of residency in the app or the My Verizon page. The app and the page have no option to do so.
I see approximately a million other posts talking about the lack of ability to upload. And then on some of them a Verizon employee reaches out. Please reach out to me!
