Verizon Fios Power Supply Blinking Red?

Verizon Fios Power Supply Red Light instead of Green?

The power supply thing to my Verizon Fios router suddenly started to slowly blink red today and my Internet has been down since. It doesn’t look like my router is powered because the ring of light on the router itself is not on like it usually is, so I presume this is an issue with the plug itself. I scoured the internet but somehow can’t find any information on this problem. Has anybody else had experience with this issue? Can you provide any ideas as to how to fix this? Thank you so much

I haven't seen that box personally, but it might be some kind of battery backup for the Fios router if that what it's plugged into. The red light would mean the battery is no good anymore. Try to get a replacement at a Verizon store in the area.
