Verizon Fios cable exposed without cover

I recently installed Verizon 1GB fios internet but the technician simply put all the cable on the ground without any cover/protection and it is a great safety hazard for people get tripped and also the cable can be easily damaged. How can I get Verizon to fix this? Zip code: 20817
