G3100 or G1100 router? Those routers should only have one light on the front. Note that the white light on the G3100 is known to get dim and fade, so if it's not coming on, try looking at it again while the room is dark. The link lights on the back for Ethernet if the router is a G3100 or newer, only come on for a short period of time when a device is connected or disconnected via Ethernet.
Otherwise, if the router itself is not powering up, contact Verizon support for a replacement. You can try in the meantime to disconnect the power supply from the wall outlet for several minutes, then re-connect it, to see if perhaps the supply is just "tripped' due to an electrical event.
If the problem is with your ONT, which should have several lights on the front of it, then you'll need to find where the ONT connects up to electricity. Make sure the outlet it is connected to provides power, and make sure the power supply shows a green light for status. If there is no green light on the power supply or if the ONT does not light up despite power connections being good, you'll need to contact Verizon support anyways to get a technician out.
