Verizon Routing Issue Again

As of recently, I have the most unstable internet worse than cable being on fiber. When routing to Virginia servers which are very close I get no issues with around 10ms latency. When routing to Illinois and Texas servers I get the most unstable connection. And I know for a fact that it isn't on my end. As the routing on the Virginia server is perfectly stable. Verizon needs to do something about routing, cause they don't care. And competitors like At&t are already ahead in terms of routing, with really stable connections. Not to mention this issue happens around the same time everyday. Around 5PM - Midnight.

It is most likely congestion on a line, which they oversaturated. They are unable to change the route or increase the bandwidth on that line because they simply don't care about efficiency for the end user.
