My Verizon app is showing my router is not connected to the internet but it is and my router is working fine, I just can’t connect to it via the app to be able to see what devices are connected to my internet or to change the password etc. I’ve called the customer service line and they’ve had me hard reset my router, uninstall the app and reinstall it and still not working then I was told it was a known issue with the app and Verizon doesn’t have a timeframe as to when it will be back up and running… is anyone else having this issue? This is only after getting a new router because we were losing connection with our old one..

I am literally having this same, exact issue. Had to turn in my previous 5G gateway router due to reduced performance and inability to update the firmware and ended up getting my equipment swapped out for a new router. Since getting the new router (which ended up being a different, newer model router), I have not been able to connect to the Verizon Home app or access my device management settings on the Verizon website or the My Verizon app. I even escalated the issue through Verizon 's tech support and was on the phone for over an hour trying to troubleshoot the issue. Despite not being able to access the device settings on any of the Verizon apps or website, I still have internet connection and can still log into the router's Admin page through the web browser using its IP address. Whenever I log into the app or website, navigate to my 5G internet device, and click on the link to access my device management settings, I get an error saying that it cannot connect to my router despite the fact that it is indeed online. Its not ideal but its the only way I can change my network settings at this time is on the router admin page. Verizon seriously needs to get it together with this because as a long term customer who is paying for this service, I expect a better response for resolving problems like this, especially at this scale. Its ridiculous!
