I’ve had no internet since Friday, and it’s now Sunday with zero explanation. Every time I call, I get a different story — no consistency, no real help. My hotspot is almost drained, and I’m paying for a service that isn’t working.

 

To make it worse, the mobile side is a joke. They charge your card, ask for your ID, take a photo of you, say you’re approved, have you sign paperwork, and then suddenly can’t verify your identity? Then they just put you on hold and disappear.

 

Their AI automated system is useless, constantly looping you around without ever solving anything. I'm beyond frustrated.

 

@Verizon, your service costs way too much to be this unreliable and unorganized. Do better.
