Fios 1G internet installed on 1/30/2025. A rocky start but now working ok. Home Wi-Fi health check stopped working last week and upload speeds have greatly deteriorated from 600+ mps to less than 80 mps. Have called customer service and they say my installation ticket was never closed out and techies would fix my upload speed. Please do something so health check and reasonable upload speeds works again. Btw, I also have two mobile lines unlimited. Thank you.
