Wi-Fi Health Check tool not working

I am unable to use the Verizon Wi-Fi health check tool at "www.verizon.com/consumer/myverizon/mva/internet/homewifistarted" . It returns an error message " ! Needs Attention! There isn't enough information to run the Home Wi-Fi Health Check at this time. Please try again later.". I have retried runnning this tool multiple times over a period of months, without success.

Do you have any suggestions? I am using the latest version of Firefox Browser v. 133.0.3 (64-bit). The installed FIOS equipment is (1) G3100 router and (1) E3200 extender
