I cannot access my Fios Wi-Fi L7A6M Router via the Nook, so I cannot use it!
The Router password has not changed, as far as I know, and is printed on the side of the Router. The Nook recognizes the Router and that it has a strong signal, but the Nook will not accept the password.
I will also try to contact Barnes & Noble.

Might not hurt to connect at a Public Wi-Fi Hotspot and see if the Nook works with that, and if it has any firmware updates available to try installing. If none of your other devices at home have stopped working, I'm more apt to believe the Nook might've had something change with it.
If you have one of the newer Verizon routers like the G3100 or CR1000A or CR1000B, you could also try to enable the "IoT" network and join the Nook to that to see if it works.

How do you have the home network setup? Or even better question, is the Nook device 5G compatible? You may need to make sure its not trying to connect to the wrong wifi connection type.
