Wifi out for 4 days

My internet has been out since Monday January 8th mid day, I was told by customer service that my technician was scheduled to come out 8-7pm and would receive a phone call an hour before hand. Tech never showed I called around 630pm on Monday, wondering if they were still coming out receiving no help or response customer service “makes a new appointment” then says the technician will come out Tuesday 8-5pm again supposedly supposed to receive a phone call an hour prior to the technician arrival. Around 4pm on Tuesday I called customer service again receiving no help nor response being told nothing about the technician or why they didnt show for two days now, then customer service makes another appointment for Wednesday 12-4pm around 3pm I called customer service wondering of the technician and for the third day no explanation no response but this time customer service says my ticket is closed but again my service is still OUT no technical support has been provided. Again customer service made another appointment for a technician to FIX THE WIFI on Thursday 130-330pm providing no answer or response to why this is happening why I havent received help or why my service has been out for 3 days or my permanent line hasnt been placed… I work from home and customer service hasnt even provided any help providing proof for my company. I have no idea if the tech will show up tomorrow nor do i have any insurance that they will show up
