Worst customer service ever !!!!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for 20 years , 7 lines of wireless and fios . But today I just had enough . So I tried to get service for my new home so it’s on and I have service when I get there . Equipment got sent supposedly technician to come which never happened, 2nd day waited 2 hours on hold person got on did that whole thing of I’m sorries it won’t happen promise gives me a new ticket number 7 am get a email that my order is fulfilled “weird” waited for the tech who never showed , got on the phone 2 hrs and 45 minutes later someone comes on the phone had a very bad attitude swore to God it will happen tomorrow, so I decided to talk to his supervisor puts me on hold 25 minutes later someone from billing picks up the line and asked can I help you ?? And hangs up on me . Now the funny part !!!!! So I called back to cancel my account and guess what I apparently have an open order from 2021 which needs to cancel first and then I can cancel my account wow . Verizon has dropped to a new low . They won’t get a single cent from me anymore they can run but they gonna have to cancel my account and after 20 years at least I won’t be the one who’s getting abused and pay them . Goodbye Verizon !!!!!!!!!
