Last year I decided to switch to Verizon because they had a good promotion for new customers that included a X box. Now that I contacted them and asked for they are telling me that X box was not included into the offer I took, when the girl and the guy that installed the internet I asked them and they said you will get it 90 days after the first bill. I can believe that they lie like that to me, just to get a new customer
