I have gotten the home Internet over a month ago. They messed my account all up. I’ve been told several different things I signed up for the home Internet to get the Xbox and the $200 gift card to Amazon. No one has been helpful I’m a single mother my son‘s birthday is in a week and very stressed out no one seems to care I’m very disappointed with y’all and my mother is the head of the newspaper. I really think that y’all would not want to go that far but y’all are leaving me no option if y’all expect my bill to get paid I expect to get the Xbox and the gift card that you promised me I have the email showing that I was approved for both. I contacted customer service they put a promo form in. I waited almost 2 weeks. Got a email and a text saying I was approved for both and I’ve received nothing since then and a bunch of excuses I’m bout to send all my equipment back cancel my service and have my mother put a nice article in the paper Along with all these bad reviews, saying the same thing,
