Looking to verify first responder discount. I got Fios installed I went through the whole process of going through verification process for first responders. Now when I open the verify ID.me page pops open, I login to my account (firefighter/first responder) and then when it returns to Verizon, I will get a quick "Thank you for your service. We are unable to verify your eligibility, but you can still order these services or learn more link to check eligibility for a discount through the Verizon Connections program, which offers discounts to employees of companies enrolled in the program." And then I am redirected elsewhere. The lack of help from Verizon is staggering and extremely frustrating , I heard good things from about Verizon and this is experience is quite the opposite...

I’ve tried every browser possible. I’ve tried on 2 different computers and my phone.
I’ve spent almost a week on this issue trying to get this done. How is this such a problem?
