Hi.
A coax cable comes into my house. From a splitter, one coax cable goes to my router (G3100) in Room A, and a second coax cable goes into my set-top box (QIP7232-2) in Room B. My TV uses the wireless network, but I'd like to use an ethernet cable. The ethernet port on the set-top box doesn't appear to let me do that.
Is there something (e.g. another router) I can put between the set-top box and the coax cable that would let me plug in an ethernet cable going to my TV, or does the ethernet cable have to come from the G3100?
(I've thought about moving the router, and I've read many replies to many other questions.)

I gather that one option is a MOCA adapter. Verizon sells one with four ethernet ports for $99, which is overkill since I really just want one. Are any non-Verizon MOCA adapters compatible with the setup I described? Thanks.
