id.me not working for veteran or first responder discount

Hello, I signed up for FiOS internet service last month. I have tried several times, unsuccessfully to validate my first responder, or veteran eligibility through ID. Adopt me. I receive my discounts through other vendors, so I am not sure what is happening. I am strongly considering going with another Internet provider, if this cannot be resolved. I have a copy of my DD 214, and copy of my first responder badge available.
