I have been troubleshooting and getting on and off the phone and chat rooms with agents since 11am today. Every chat room i’m in lasts for 30-60mins, the bot gives me the same troubleshooting steps then eventually puts me on an agent, (if the chat doesn’t end itself automatically, your anti inactivity prompt doesn’t work and still disconnects me after pressing it.) It takes 10-20mins to get a message (at least. usually the chat ends before the agent even shows up) and then the agent takes 2-5 mins between each message. 

This is all to say this is terrible, my ONT box failed (red fail light is on) and no matter what bot or person i tell, i am not given the option to schedule an appointment with a technician. Why have I been on the phone for almost half the day with bots and people who can’t help me. I’d like to get some support or I’ll just end up switching providers. For some people wifi is mandatory, especially for their work. I don’t mind outages and issues outside of Verizon’s control, but the customer support is the worst out of any company i’ve ever interacted with, bar none.
