Does anyone know how to get Verizon to stop blocking certain websites, ie Disgus? I spent at least an hour on their useless website that all you get is buy buy buy buy and only provides any information at all to phone users, not internet users. Out of frustration I asked to talk to a human since their AI was worthless. The human spoke very very poor heavily accented English (if you could even call it that) and frankly I dont believe he understood English either. I finally got it though to him that I wasnt calling about a phone issue. Then he got it though his head that I didnt have service. It was talking to the wall. Very tempted to cancel but my alternative is Century Link which I had and was down frequently.
