The live chat form requires me to select a "question subcategory" but there is no dropdown menu so NO ONE can actually use this live chat feature. Neat trick Verizon! I am paying for the extreme TV package with every kind of channel and I still cannot watch FIOS TV on my laptop and I cannot get support unless I sit on the phone for an hour. And then it goes right back to broken the next day. I am wasting a lot of money for imaginary Verizon features.
