To whom it may concern:
I recently moved and I need to return the old Fios Gateway router. On MyVerizon, there is supposed to be a package label for returning the router to a UPS store, but I'm getting an error message:
We are unable to locate your order details. Please check if information was entered correctly. If you need additional help, contact us at 1.800.VERIZON (1.800.837.4966).
I called the number listed, and was told to bring the router to a Fios store. Unfortunately, all the Fios stores in my area are closed due to coronavirus. How can I go about getting a UPS label?
Thank you in advance!

The VZdirect forum and the @Verizonsupport on Twitter go to the exact same Verizon team. Choose based on if you prefer to post or tweet.

You get better support at verizon direct than twitter. Just look at the twitter feed.
in fact you know that from posting at DslReports.
my personal preference would be the direct phone call or go to a verizon store. Never twitter. Where I live the verizon store would prefer I not come in. I donโt let them double talk me. But that would be another service ๐ not fios
