Actor and Crew Problem (Again) Help - Who knows what's going on with this?

Here we go again. Mid June 2023, we lost most of the Actor/Crew pictures and crew information for programs/movies. I have seen this posted in the past. It's back again... I would guess someone made a change to some of the older STB's and messed up on the Actor/Crew information.

We have triple play (Internet, TV and Phone). Our router is a G-1100. Internet speed is 75/75. Everything was just fine and working perfectly before mid June 2023. Now we no longer get the pictures of the actors and crew.. But wait... It gets better.... Its failing only on the HD boxes. We have one old SD box and it works perfectly... Verizon sent us new STB's and they don't work any better. Now we lost other actor information. We are sending the new STB's back. What is going on??? Why do the SD boxes work perfectly and the HD boxes are now failing??? Somebody knows what changes were made mid June!!! Please back them out...

Of course I could be wrong! Maybe its just a setting somewhere in the HD boxes and we have it wrong. I really don't know... If anyone knows what's going on, please help.

No Actors/Crew New STB's just received. To be returned.

I will get a better picture of the SD vs HD screens shortly.

Here is the final resolution :

We ordered 3 of Verizon’s latest set top boxes. They were scheduled to be installed in about two weeks. Then out of the blue, our old boxes started to get the pictures of the cast and crew. Go figure. We did nothing. As mysterious as they disappeared for about 6 or 8 weeks, they appeared again... so we canceled the upgrade. We are keeping our antique boxes, now that they are working again. I guess Verizon heard me and backed out their latest changes to our old boxes.

The two pictures are queued for Moderator approval (standard procedure).

Is it the summary information that is missing/unavailable.

Here are two pictures.... Both of the same channel at the same time...

First Picture: The SD stb has pictures and other info.. I can see what Angle looks like...

Second Picture: The HD box does not have pictures... Who knows what Angle looks like???

This is a picture of the SD stb works perfectly... I know its old, but it WORKS!!!

My first post has pictures of the newer STB's that Verizon sent us to solve the problem... But they only made the problem worse...

The single box is a Motorola 2500 SD box.

Did you try this? I assume your boxes have this menu system.

Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix Fios TV Issues

Also look for this in the menus and make this HD:

Main Menu > Settings > Audio & Video > Video Settings > Graphic Settings

Also did you try removing power to the router and all the boxes, power up the router, when stable power up the main Fios box, then the smaller boxes?

Clem beat me to the punch.

I have the 4100 series STBs which are the newest ones offered by Verizon. I haven't had any problems with missing information in quite a while.

The menu structure is different between the 1100 and the 4100, so I can't do a direct comparison. Based on my limited checking, the displayed information I see here at home is all there.
