Why doesn't Verizon add a headphone jack on the remote control, like my Roku system has? It is very convenient for private listening when you don't want to disturb others.
I would assume it is because no other cable provider has it.
And it would take a technology change to support it.
Which doesn't come free. And not sure if it would offer a buyback
