I have read threads here saying in order to get the new fios tv app to allow you to log in use only letters and numbers in your login credentials. But i have done that and still cannot login. And in the last thread i read the moderator only answered the post in a private message to the OP - not very helpful! Has anyone learned the secret handshake and if so are you reaady to share? This is very frustrating.
They usuallyl go to private message so that they can share private info like account info.
I assume you are using the same login credentials you use to access your FiOS account online?
