These two HD channels on my HD box are scabbled and keep cutting in and out. These are the only two HD channels that this happens to. Anybody have this problem and got it fixed?
I have been having the same issue on those channels as well as TLC HD and Bravo HD. I've reset the set-top box numerous times and changed the channel and gone back to the channel and they are still blank.
We have the same issue with TLC. My wife watches or tries to watch Bride Day on TLC HD on Friday nights.
We can watch for approximately 2 hours and then poof the picture freezes.
Any and all attempts to leave the channel and come back result in channel is unavailable. Sometimes it just returns to the same frozen picture.
Doing the actions they suggest do nothing. Even using the downloadable home agent does nothing.
If you have more than 1 TV, does it happen on all?
Start at ont a d double check coax connections.
