Over the past week, my FIOS TV picture has gone bad (the picture is fine when playing DVDs and using other sources). Faces of persons on the screen are a deep red - no longer natural skin color. The overall picture is darker - less bright. I've tried restarting the set top box, but that has not done the trick. Help!
