CNN Live - Access for Verizon customers

I am curious why there is no support for Verizon customers via the CNN iPad app, yet AT&T U-verse, Comcast, Cox and other subscribers can now watch CNN Live. The press release does mention Verizon, but I'm not seeing them as one in the app.

Is there any information on when CNN Live will be available for iPad to Verizon Fios subscribers in Tampa? Hard to believe this is not an available service...

I think it's streight wrong that we cannot have access to live television channels online, everything that is TV related online like like you tube or On Demand.. It's making me soon get a TV tuner/ video capture card to watch TV on my computer.
