CNN Live - Access for Verizon customers

I am curious why there is no support for Verizon customers via the CNN iPad app, yet AT&T U-verse, Comcast, Cox and other subscribers can now watch CNN Live. The press release does mention Verizon, but I'm not seeing them as one in the app.

Is there any information on when CNN Live will be available for iPad to Verizon Fios subscribers in Tampa? Hard to believe this is not an available service...
