I dislike the g3100 either as primary or secondary in my network which also comprises of a netgear router for all my IP cameras
I am thinking of giving back them mini boxes and G3100 and only using my ONT box for gigabit internet
Now, here is the main question:
Will my 2 my cards that I use in a HTPC still work or must I keep the G3100 to continue using the M cards?
Do you also think that one day Fios will offer an app on Roku that will let you stream their CABLE TV channel lineup at home like Spectrum does thereby negating use of their STB?
Thanks

The cable cards don't require a verizon router to function. As far as the app, in my opinion, very doubtful.
