Can't pay bill online.

First it said my bill was paid. Then I received a late notice. Now when I click "pay bill" I get the error message "We are currently experiencing difficulties with this payment application. Please try again later. We apologize for this inconvenience".  Can't enroll in autopay either. What can I do now?
