When I am out of home and using the Fios TV app, I can access recorded programs on my DVR if connected to a wifi network. If there is no wifi available and I use cellular data, I cannot watch recorded programs. I can see the list of recordings but they will not play. I have this issue on both of my devices, and ipad and an iphone. I am not blocking cellular data on either device.
