Suddenly the icons on the tv channel guide mostly just TV in blue and do not display the channels icon logo, why is this happening?

Guide logos come from a server and Verizon seems to be having random logo's vanish then reappear days later. No one knows why other then some recent guide logo updates. Sometimes rebotting the box fixes some, but not always.
Any new ideas on this? Some icons are correct, most are just blue "tv" icons.
