Could not set the time to the box

Received error notification “Could not set the time to the box” and please check cables are properly connected to Video Media Server and reboot your device.
How do I fix this issue? Nothing seems to resolve the problem.

Have you checked coax connection?
Do you have more than 1 IPC?
if so, have your tried swapping them around?

Switched IPC. The problem followed the suspect IPC.
