DVR - Playback on a Laptop Computer

Have FiOS Quantum service. Got it to playback my DVR recordings on my iPhone, iPad products. How do I get the same playback on my laptop or desktop computer?

Currently not supported.

There are few, not so straight forward, ways to get an app to run on a laptop. No directly supported app exists for PC. Emulators exist, but you have to have a high end laptop to get them to perform.
