DVR Pop up warning of 2 shows..

I have my DVR Setup Motorola QIP7232-2 to record multiple programs but I have a problem with it while the box is turned on and on a LIVE TV channel. A pop up box will appear on the lower right corner that I need to cancel one or record both as programmed.

The problem is that I was away from the TV for 15mins and consquently it didn't record both shows from the start since I didn't get to the warning message in time. Is there a way to set it so it doesn't ask me and just records both shows always without asking me?

The way you set priority is in the series manager. When you are looking at the list of series you have set to record, those at the higher of the list have priority over others. Please rearrange to your liking. If you pick a cancel option when you are watching TV, it should bring you to one of those channels you are set to record. Did you have your live TV paused when that came up?
